Laura is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with years of experience in business transformation and strategic HR roles. Over her career she has led HR in manufacturing, construction and housebuilding, technology, professional sport and the charity and care sector, often reporting directly to the CEO or Managing Director.
She has built HR functions across several countries, led businesses through acquisitions and restructures, and supported hundreds of managers through difficult people decisions. She founded Tall Trees HR to bring that experience to organisations who don’t have, or don’t yet need, a full-time HR leader.
